My father and I have been dreaming of hunting in Argentina for years. My father turned 69 and my wife said it was now or never. After researching it over the years and intensively in the last year, we decided to go with C&C outfitters. Boy, are we glad we did.
Pablo met us at the airport and made us immediately made us feel safe and welcome. We hunted that whole day. We had lunch out in the field, and were fed like kings. Nacho provided cots for us to take a cat nap to rejuvenate for the second half of the day. That night, we ate like kings again, and then crashed deeply into sleep.
The next day, Nacho took us into the mountains. The scenery made for a perfect backdrop to lunch outside. The food was grilled in front of us. The wine was better than we dared to expect.
The third day, he took us to the feed lots. The shooting there was amazing. My wife shot over 1000 doves that day. I shot over 2000. We had lunch at the lodge that day (as flies are a little more abundant at feed lots, and it was not far from the lodge). My wife had time to have a quick dip in the pool before driving back out to the feed lot for the second half.

By Friday, despite shooting 4 days in a row, we opted for an extra hunting day. It was just too amazing to pass up.
Saturday, Nacho brought us to a great steak restaurant and once again, we ate like kings.
Nacho stayed with us at the airport until we made it through security.
While we were waiting for our flight, we had the opportunity to speak to other hunters that used other outfitters. By the time our plane arrived, we had all the hunters asking for C&C’s information, as no one was as happy with their experience in Argentina as we were. These were all seasoned Argentina travelers with a history of many dove hunts, and no one had as a good a story as we had to tell. They all had things to complain about. We had no complaints. Well, our only complaint is that we ate too much 😉 By the time we left, we felt like we were part of Nacho’s family.
If you are comparing outfitters, I can’t tell you enough how C&C outfitters are the best bang for your buck.
